Dr. Ali M. Niknejad represents the views of all the Berkeley Wireless Research Center faculty and gives a presentation about going the distance with CMOS, mmWaves and beyond. This talk focuses on the fact that there is spatial diversity (antennas), enough bandwidth for all, how to take what we already have in place, and use it differently in the field and development of 5G.
