IEEE Future Tech Forum Roundtable: Future of the Workforce

The IEEE Future Tech Forum, organized by IEEE Future Directions, is a virtual series of roundtable discussions. In this session moderated by Dejan Milojicic, Distinguished Technologist and Director System Architecture and Management Lab, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, a panel of subject matter experts explore workforce challenges the community faces. Leading tech organizations risk not meeting their future needs. Over the past two years, the IEEE Industry Engagement Committee reached out to over 10,000 engineering professionals and heard from over 200 panelists from all over the world to obtain insights.
