Nawi Mabo presents his team’s project, Swarm Network for Education and Learning in Papua New Guinea (SNEL PNG) -- 2022 IEEE Connecting the Unconnected Challenge, which proposes the use of existing urban infrastructure to extend and introduce WIFI hotspots to rural areas at affordable rates.
