Meet the 2021 IEEE ComSoc Vice Presidential Candidate for Conferences: Mark Karol. Mark Karol received his PhD in electrical engineering and computer science from Princeton University. From 1985 until 2000, he was a member of the Research Communications Sciences Division at Bell Laboratories. He then continued his (industrial) networking/communications research as a member of Avaya Labs and Telcordia Technologies. Currently, he is a Lecturer at Kean University.
