We will discuss how to generate and identify disruptive ideas and then how to follow through with capturing, vetting, and promoting the ideas either within a company or to launch a startup. We will discuss tactics for thinking disruptively, communicating with management, and advocating for your own ideas to drive innovation. Our goal is to empower women to actively participate in the development of disruptive technologies by providing a sample roadmap from idea creation to product launch.
