With regards to the theme - Accelerating Innovative Women Who Change the World, one of the key determinants and derailers to accelerate a woman's growth in her chosen path is the woman herself. Her lack of confidence stemming from the impostor syndrome leading to self doubt is a key factor in limiting her growth. This session would address this aspect in a story telling mode - stories of my own life as well as other woman leaders who have dealt and coped with similar challenges of self belief and overcome them to Believe in themselves and take on the world. Hence, I, ME, MYSELF is a very important trait that a woman needs to develop!
