In order to enhance the leadership skills of women everywhere, through the art and science of Strategic Storytelling, you develop the ability to tell thte right story, at the right time, at the tight place, to the right audience to motivate them toward s a desired action. In this 2021 WIE ILC, I would like to share my personal story to engage, and inspire others.
Why Storytelling? Stories are intimate. They provide a glimpse inside our lives – how we experience and approach things, what catches our eye, how we’ve developed into who we are today. That intimacy breeds connection and inspiration. Whether you’re building a relationship with a customer, or trying to motivate and influence others in your company, strategic storytelling can be a very powerful tool.
I challenge all of you to keep telling your story. Share what makes you unique. When we bring our best selves to work, there are no limits to what we can accomplish together.
