Having the right skillsets to quickly move innovation forward is a major challenge we face. Effectively leveraging our existing, embedded competencies and assets and allowing them to grow at a healthy pace will ensure successful and innovative program delivery. CoP offers a robust strategy for improving professional learning in a fast-paced environment. It fosters critical thinking and allows better integration of work and knowledge sharing. It helps programs to achieve a diverse distributed population to drive innovation and improve competitive advantage.
