What is a user? The Physical (speed and trajectory, distribution pattern, surroundings, device capabilities), Physiological (sensory response times, language difference), and Psychological (content/app preference, service consumption habit, social behavior) aspects must all be acknowledged in order to fully understand what the user brings to the table. We must develop a more User-Centric network in the fifth Generation of cell technology.
