Ajit Kanale (S’19) received the B.Tech, degree in avionics from the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology, Trivandrum, India in 2012 and the M.S. degree in electrical engineering in 2019 from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC, USA, where he is currently working toward the Doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering at the Department of ECE.,His research interests include power semiconductor device characterization, failure and reliability analysis, and the design of gate drivers, and power converters.
