Chaitali Naik has over eight years of experience in the power industry and currently serves as a team lead in NEI's System Studies department. Her primary responsibilities involve conducting power system studies for renewables and utility substations, alongside managing a team. She has led various local and global leadership roles as an active IEEE member for the past seven years. She is currently serving as a IEEE USA Board of Director Early Career Rep and is involved in the local IEEE Eastern Idaho Section. She was IEEE WIE Day Chair in 2023. Her past accomplishments also include being the first woman IEEE PES Day Chair, IEEE PES Mentoring Chair as well as IEEE PES R1-7 student chapter committee rep. She has also contributed to various technical standards.
