IEEE-HKN Member Ray Kurzweil receives the Eminent Member Recognition Award at the 2014 EAB Awards Ceremony held in New Brunswick, New Jersey on November 22, 2014. This Award is very exclusive only have been given to 134 individuals since 1950 and was established as the Society’s highest level of membership. Ray Kurzweil has earned his way to this spot without a doubt and has contributed greatly to mankind. It is an honor to have such a man be a part of IEEE-HKN. He is an American author, computer scientist, inventor, futurist, and the Director of Engineering at Google.
