In the paper, we study a wireless-powered full-duplex cooperative non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) system, where the near user serving as a self-energy recycling relay to assist the far user. In order to guarantee the outage performance of the near user, we propose a novel power allocation scheme, which can utilize the partial channel state information to switch the transmission frame dynamically between the cooperative NOMA and non-cooperative NOMA model. In particular, analytical expressions of outage probabilities and diversity orders are derived to characterize the performance of our proposed scheme. Finally, numerical results are shown to prove that the proposed scheme can improve the system throughput compared with the existing scheme.
