Jose E Schutt-Aine holds a PhD in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and is a professor at the Grainger College of Engineering at UI-UC. His research interests are High-Frequency Measurements, Mixed-Signal Design, High-Performance Computing for Electromagnetic Modeling, CAD Tools for Interconnects and Packages, Signal Integrity, Machine Learning for High-Speed System Modeling. He is co-chair of the IEEE Heterogeneous Integration Roadmap's chapter on Co-Design.
