Organizations are increasing productivity in the construction of data centers with a focus on modular building construction. Energy efficiency is enhanced by the efficiency of emerging compressorless warm water cooling.

Joe Ryan of Galligan Ryan & Associates (GRA) presents an overview of modular construction in data centers. Dale Sartor of LBNL discusses warm water liquid cooling. GRA delivers construction management, program management, consulting and infrastructure development management services, both domestically and internationally, from concept through completion.

Dale Sartor, P.E., is a retired staff scientist/engineer and remains affiliated with the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) where he focuses on building efficiency technology applications. Dale is focused on energy efficiency RD&D for buildings in the high-tech industries (i.e., laboratories, cleanrooms, and data centers).
